Privacy Ranking Withdrawn: How to Compare the Evidence
The earlier budgeting-app privacy scores are withdrawn. Use documented access rules and policy questions instead of an unsupported league table.
Ranking correction — We have withdrawn the former Vault Daily Privacy Score and the associated product ranking. The published precision was not supported by verified evidence covering all compared providers. It should not be used to decide which service can safely receive your financial information.
What to use instead
Start with our privacy evidence checklist. It separates household visibility, provider access, third-party recipients and deletion terms. These are distinct questions; a positive answer to one does not settle the others.
For a concrete access example, the corrected Monarch review links the provider's household documentation. If you do not want a bank connection at all, consider a manual workflow. We are not naming a new privacy winner without the records needed to support that conclusion.
