Evidence before precision

Material factual claims should be linked to primary sources and checked in their proper scope: product, plan, region, time period and units. Calculations should expose their inputs. A source URL alone does not prove a claim; the document must actually support it. Unavailable evidence should lead to a narrower claim or a withheld draft.

Tests, examples and images

Do not describe generated examples as real customers or transactions. A hypothetical calculation must be labelled. An editorial illustration is not a screenshot or proof of product use. Real testing requires the records described in our evaluation standard; unsupported historic scores are withdrawn.

Commercial context

The site includes commercial or promotional links and some pages have advertising/tracking integrations. Readers should not infer independence, a lack of financial relationships or a guarantee of impartiality from a review format. Corrections and accountability

Material corrections should say what was wrong, what changed and what supports the replacement. They are recorded on our corrections page. We do not promise a response deadline or a level of human review that has not been operationally verified.
